There is a strong wish for change in current society. If you listen to your friends or acquaintances, family members or business partners closely, they all stream for a change in their lives. Some would like a better relationship with partners, some better health and body, looks, and of course, many would like better financial income and business success.
Everyone would like a change, but few are the ones who are ready to work on change persistence. Everyone would like to have muscles - rare are the ones who are ready to train with persistence.
One raises a question what to do, how to make a change permanent?
For successful realisation of change, if you really want it, basic thing is to give up from trying, but to commit to change. To commit to change means to firstly set oneself on a path to success with enough emotional reasons for wanting that change and then determine small steps-objectives which will make you persistent on the road to success.
What do I mean by that?
When someone wants to lose weight and they want to make it permanent, most important thing is to set one’s psychology on success. By that I mean they need to find an emotional reason big enough to want it and that is the thing that will motivate them to remain persistent in the moments of doubting and finding obstacles. For successful weight loss, 80% is in the big enough reason why you want it, and 20% is in the way you do it. It is less important than the reason whether you will jog every day or ride a bike, or play basketball, or be on a diet. Many people started with diet or started training, all with a goal to lose extra weight; some lost extra weight and re-gained it soon, or gave up at first obstacles. It all happens because they did not have a big enough reason forwanting that.
Second, because they did not have an elaborated and detailed plan which will include small steps which was to keep them on that path.
A well-elaborated plan means small steps which can be measured more often – if you want to realize smt. or improve it, then it is advisable to follow it and measure it more often.
All of us sometimes eat too much, drink too much, are angry or sad, or depressed, but the life path is not determined by what we do sometimes, but what we do on a daily basis, what we do more often.
Check your weight on a scale more often, and you will not be surprised by a sudden increase of weight.
To gain 10 kilos extra does not happen overnight or suddenly, a business success does not happen at once or overnight, also a good relationship with a partner or end of marital relationship does not happen overnight or at once!
Therefore, success or un-success does not happen overnight, things that make every day are small steps, small decisions and moments. The success or un-success lies in a call you made today, or postponed it, whether or not you said I love you to your partner, whether you did smt. else to show your love, did you take care of your body today, or not? Have you saved a EUR more on your account?
The question is whether you have an elaborated plan for accomplishment of your wishes on a daily basis. The success lies in small steps. Unless you have your plan, then it is sure that you live someone else’s plan that the world and your environment have for you.
Let's repeat
Two things are important for achievement of successful permanent change: first, to have big enough emotional reason for why you want what you want, that will put you on the road to success; second is to have a detailed plan with small steps or objectives that will keep you daily on the road to success.

Every day we train ourselves for something. It is true that it is tough in the beginning. Try to remember when was the first time that you as a child wanted to tie your shoes. I the beginning your parents did it for you, then you were taught to do it yourself and you finally learned, and today you do it unconsciously. Why? You did it a thousand times and it became unconscious, you created a momentum. Today you do it without thinking about it. You trained yourself.
In order to achieve success and remain on the path, it is important to keep tracks more often and measure your small steps in order to train yourself to remain on the road to accomplishment of your wanted result.
Today environment and world fight to distract you from what is most important for you. Unless you set your goal for yourself and do not train yourself for achievement of your results, then it is sure that the environment with its elaborated plan for your trains you for accomplishment of its results.
